The unique part of this printer  is  you are able to start small with one head and then as you expand your business you can expand the capability of the RED BARON 2012 DIY .When you are ready you can add up to 5 more  heads ( for 6 color prints) and add up to 4  stations for reducing your production time. All steel Construction, with Formica covered MDS platen to withstand years of chemical resistance to ensure even silkscreen printing time after time. Take note of our new easy registration, this feature is similar to the most expensive printers on the market today. The silver wall mount Flash dryers

A flash dryers is essential to printing a professionally so we have developed the best possible flash dryer at the most affordable price.

The Silver Flash dryer was created to keep up with the demand for a low cost but dependable flash dryer for the garment industry and after 30 years of experience I have developed the ideal flash cure unit.

First I start with the best infrared heating element made especially for the garment industry I buy the best from the best heat panel manufacturer in the world bar non. Don’t be fooled by imitation heating coils from a toaster oven or element for an electric oven , these will not cure a t shirt evenly and you will be left with customer complaints time and time again.

The Silver flash dryer comes with a bracket to mount to a wall or a post or a stand ( how to build a flash stand video is available on this website ).

To cure a t shirt print with our flash dryers it takes less than 1 minute at 4 inches away and to flash cure a print it takes 5 to 10 seconds at 1 ½ inches away .Flash cure is when you are printing a color and you need to lay another color or layer of ink over the color just printer.

Our flash dryers are all 110 volt unless other wise specified .the wattage is determined by the size of the element
12 x12 = 1200 watts ,16x16 = 1600 watts ,18x18 = 1800 watts ,18x 20 = 18020 watts and the new 24 x24 220 volt panel is 2400 watts .

All flash dryers come with a 8 foot power cord and flash dryers work best plugged into a wall socket directly not an extension cord ( full power will not be met ) this will restrain the element from heating to the maximum heat range.





The shipping cost are automatically set for the continental USA if you want to order outside this area  please contact us first to arrange shipping cost to your area and also many countries have a 220 volt system so we have to order a special heating element for your flash dryer,  there will be no extra charge for this but it does take an average 2 weeks to special order these heating elements.
